Shipping policy

Each piece at White Doe is handmade, in the true nature of slow fashion, so please allow  2 - 4 weeks for your order to be made then be shipped. 

Please ensure your delivery location is secure, as once the package has been delivered White Doe is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. For any special or urgent requests please email us directly at hellowhitedoe@gmail.com. 

We use Special Delivery to ensure safe passage from our studio to your door, please feel free to request the tracking information. 

We currently offer UK delivery and have now added a US & Australia option- we are not responsible for any import taxes of any kind. For shipping anywhere else please contact us at hellowhitedoe@gmail.com 

Our P+P costs have been set to be fair to both the customer and the company, and are calculated on checkout (based on the order total so that it is fully insured).
