Simple and effective, we needed to add this soft waxed cotton rain jacket for the essential waterproof layer. This is a crisp, plain-weave cotton, with a wax coating leaving it water-repellent. As with all waxed cottons this will naturally crease when worn, giving it that delicious slightly rugged look. With lovely generous sleeves, an extra pleat on the cuff offering a little more style and room for it to be worn over another jacket, when the really cold weather hits. Pair that with its generous pockets, the perfect sized hood and easy press stud fastenings, this jacket has that easy throw on potential.
